Superior Precast

Superior Precast manufactures precast concrete out of Cable, Wisconsin. We rebuilt their site from scratch in Statamic, and we host and run it ourselves, so a change they ask for is live the moment we finish it.

The photos were phone photos

A precast yard does not have a photo library. What it has is pictures taken on jobsites, on a phone, in whatever light the day gave them. Hiring a photographer to re-shoot finished work spread across northern Wisconsin was never going to happen.

So we worked out a retouching treatment for those photos and wrote it down as a repeatable recipe. Jobsite snapshots come out the other side looking like they belong on a website, and when the crew sends new ones, they go through the same process.

We run the whole thing

Billing is automated through Stripe, so the invoice goes out on its own without anyone having to remember it. Between that, the hosting, the site, and the photography, Superior Precast does not manage a website. They just have one.
