HoleMole sells supplies to concrete contractors. That is a different customer than a shopper ... they are usually on a jobsite, usually in a hurry, and they are not browsing for fun. The WooCommerce store they are still on makes all of them shop the same way.

Three ways to buy the same thing

We rebuilt the storefront on Shopify so it can be shopped three ways: by size, by the application, or by kit. A contractor who already knows the size goes straight to it. One working from the job in front of them starts from the application. One outfitting a crew buys the kit and is done. Nobody has to shop the way that does not fit.

We get paid when it sells

This one is a revenue-share partnership, not a project fee. Our compensation is a percentage of what the store sells, which means the build is measured on revenue and not on whether it shipped on schedule.

What HoleMole got out of it is a storefront off WooCommerce and built around how contractors actually buy, and a partner who keeps working on it after launch instead of handing over a finished file and moving on.
